We at Earth’s Pure Nutrition.com stand behind the products we sell. Our Guarantee is as follows:

• If you receive faulty merchandise or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of any product you purchase from Earth’s Pure Nutrition.com, within 30 days of delivery of the product send us the unused portion in the original packaging for a complete refund of the price you paid after any discounts or we will replace the product at no charge.
• We do not refund or pay for any shipping charges incurred to return the product unless approved arrangements have been made in advance.
• We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a shipping error (you received an incorrect item).
• We reserve the right to require proof of purchase and/or the return of the unused portion of the product.

This is our basic guarantee. We make no other warranty about the products we sell, expressed or implied; replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price is the sole remedy we offer.
